Visit of Belarusian Agrarians to Mozambique

During November 1-3, 2016, the delegation of the Belarusian agrarians headed by the Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Food Hon. Mr. Igor Brylo paid a visit to the Republic of Mozambique, where they continued talks with the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security as well as visited a various agricultural institutions and enterprises. Parties identified a number of agricultural projects for joint implementation in Mozambique. The visit was organized by the Embassy of Belarus in South Africa in cooperation with Mozambican and Belarusian Ministries of Agriculture.
The inter-ministerial Memorandum of Understanding on Education in Agrarian Sphere was signed by the two Vice-Ministers for Agriculture.
Ambassador of Belarus to South Africa H.E. Mr. Andrei Molchan participated in the meeting at the Mozambican Foreign Ministry that took place under the program of visit to Mozambique of the Belarusian delegation of agrarians.
The parties headed by the Hon. Mr. Igor Brylo, Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, and H.E. Ms Nyeleti Brooke Mondlane, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and Co-Operation of the Republic of Mozambique, acting as co-chairs of the bilateral intergovernmental commission, discussed the bilateral relations in complex.
