H.E. Alexander D. Sidoruk met with the Executive Mayor of Tshwane

On 10 November 2020, H.E. Alexander D. Sidoruk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of South Africa, held a meeting with H.W. Randall Williams, newly elected Executive Mayor of Tshwane.

At the meeting, initiated by the Embassy, there were discussed the prospects for establishing twinning relations between the capitals of the two countries. Among the issues raised during the meeting were visit of the Mayor of Tshwane to Minsk, signing of a cooperation agreement, the supply of Belarusian passenger, municipal and construction equipment for the needs of Tshwane, education of South African students at Minsk’s higher educational institutions, participation of South African travel companies in exhibition events in Belarus in 2021.
