Cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with the Republic of Mozambique
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Mozambique were established on 29 February 2000. The Ambassador of Belarus to South Africa is concurrently accredited in Mozambique.
The legal base of cooperation between Belarus and Mozambique is at the stage of establishment. To date 5 international treaties have been concluded and entered in force between the States.

Visits at the level of the Heads of State were not carried out, however, there were bilateral contacts at the level of the Prime Minister, Heads of foreign ministries and sectoral departments.
In 2021 on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly H.E. Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, met with H.E. Verónica Nataniel Macamo Dlhovo, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Republic of Mozambique.
Also in 2021 H.E. Manuel José Gonçalves, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Republic of Mozambique, visited the Republic of Belarus, where sessions of the Joint Belarus-Mozambique Commission on Cooperation and political consultations were held.
As of 2022, three rounds of political consultations between Belarus and Mozambique have been held, as well as three meetings of the Joint Belarus-Mozambique Commission on Cooperation.
