Cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with the Republic of Zimbabwe
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Zimbabwe were established on 16 April 1992. The Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus in South Africa is concurrently accredited in Zimbabwe.
The legal base of bilateral relations is actively developing. Currently, 15 international documents have been signed between the countries, more than a dozen agreements are in progress.

In 2011 the Republic of Belarus was visited by J.Nkomo, Vice-President of Zimbabwe. Since 2015 bilateral contacts have intensified significantly: delegations of both States have repeatedly visited Minsk and Harare.
In January 2019 the first official visit to the Republic of Belarus of E.Mnangagwa, President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, took place. Within the visit a number of official events were held, including the meeting with President of the Republic of Belarus, and signing of a range of international treaties.
Business cooperation is actively developing. As part of the multi-industry Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) in 2019 a country stand “Made in Belarus” was created and the first Belarusian-Zimbabwean Business Forum with the participation of the BelCCI and the Zimbabwean National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) was held.
