Ambassador of Belarus holds a meeting in DIRCO

On June 25, 2024 H.E. Igor Bely, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of South Africa, met with Ms Phumzile Mazibuko, Chief Director of the Eastern Europe and Baltic Countries of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa.

The interlocutors discussed the full range of topical matters on the bilateral agenda, including the schedule of high- and highest-level events, the work of the Inter-Governmental Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation (ITEC), the implementation of joint projects, as well as interaction within the BRICS format. The diplomats paid special attention to the development of legal base of the bilateral cooperation.
